Results Disclaimer
SEO outcomes depend on competition, website history and market conditions. We follow Google-compliant best practices but cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue figures.
Payments
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work pauses if an invoice remains unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date.
Client Responsibilities
Timely access to your website, hosting, Google Business Profile, analytics accounts and content approvals is required for campaigns to stay on schedule.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a monthly retainer with 15 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Intellectual Property
All content, code and assets created for you become your property once the corresponding invoice is settled.
